What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10:00 AM. If you require an earlier arrival or later departure, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights during standard periods. For peak seasons, including the December holidays and Easter break, the minimum stay is extended to 7 nights to help guests fully immerse themselves in the coastal experience.
What is the cancellation policy for 201 Summer Hill?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
